KING FENDER FLARES warrants its products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the ORIGINAL customer against any defects resulting from workmanship or materials. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose for which the product is designed. Warranty does not apply to wear and tear or damage related to:

modification, alteration, accident, misuse, improper care or repair, negligence, or the installation of additional attachments.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND MERCHANTABILITY. In no event shall KING FENDER FLARES be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product. Proof of Purchase from an Authorized Dealer must be provided to claim warranty. Claims can be processed through an Authorized Dealer or King Fenders Flares directly.

Warranty claims will need to provide the following: year / make / model / part # / description and-or pictures of problem / proof of purchase from authorized dealer

If after review, King Fender Flares determine that there is a covered defect, King Fender Flares will replace the product with the same or similar product. Warranty does not cover shipping charges and shipping charges may apply. King Fender Flare’s warranty does not cover monetary refunds of purchased price.
